| Flying the New York corridor in my father's Piper Cherokee (N98131) is an
amazing experience. First we fly down the Hudson River at 1000 feet, and
then fly counter clockwise around the statue of liberty. Above 1100 feet
is controlled air space where we are not allowed to fly. The top of the
world trade center is above 1100 feet, so we are flying below the buildings!
My first flight down the New York corridor was with my mother shortly after she
got her VFR pilots license.
